At Northline Office, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at samuel@northlineoffice.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

A return shipping label (if applicable)
Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at samuel@northlineoffice.co.uk so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get a replacement is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)
If your order is delivered within the UK or European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
